Ie Antivirus – Virus Removal Help?

i recently downloaded some freeware (*.exe) and what do yu know, this lovely virus.
I haven’t installed it or signed up, but i have the common symptom of “every folder i open, there’s the pop up, which opens the internet site”
I’ve tried smitfraud, antivir, norton, malwarebytes’, and a few other IE AntiVirus aimed removers.

Do I Still Have Smitfraud????? Urgent Need Of Help!?

For those of you who remember, my computer was infected with these fake popups and I found out that it was smitfraud.
