Without have a paid version of a good antivirus a reinstall is nessary. Yes I have ran into this one time and time again. The only way from not getting is to do a system restore before shut down. Once you shut down the machine it will disable system restore and make you computer unrestorable. Well the other fix would be to reinstall a back-up but your best bet would be a clean install. Sorry. I would do a search on "Fake Alert" and see if there is any tool that reverse the harm it been awhile seen I tried to fix one.
