How Do I Remove Smitfraud-c On My Computer?

my computer displays a blue screen saying: YOUR COMPUTER IS INFECTED WITH SPYWARE INSTALL AN ANTIVIRUS OR SPYWARE REMOVER
I’ve scanned with Spybot and it didn’t delete the virus it says it is still “in memory”
Can someone please help me?

    It sounds like you have a SMITFRAUD VIRUS. This virus requires specific steps to remove. Below is information from Bleeping Computer.
